On February 13, 2020, United Airlines Flight 328, a Boeing 777-200, suffered an engine failure shortly after takeoff from Denver International Airport. The plane, bound for Honolulu, Hawaii, had to return to Denver for an emergency landing. Debris from the failed engine scattered over residential areas, leading to concerns and an investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the aircraft landed safely. The incident led to increased scrutiny of engine maintenance and safety procedures.
