One actually can transfer points to another member’s account by accessing a member’s account on the JetBlue website. Be advised, however, of certain specific terms and conditions or limitations that might apply. Indeed, TrueBlue points are deactivated after months with an inactive account, meaning a member has neither acquired nor redeemed TrueBlue points.
